WANT TO TIGHTENED PLASTIC BOLT HOLDING THE COIL TO THE SHAFT
IS THERE A TRICK OR SECRET?
CANT GET MY FINGERS IN THERE AND SCARED TO BREAK THE BOLT OR NUT IF I USE PLIERS
 
You can use pliers. Just don't crank on it too hard. White's uses a rather large nylon bolt with course threads so it's very hard to strip the threads.
 
I would send it in if you feel it needs tightening. You can easily over tighten and then your in trouble.
 
Oneon, He asked about the bolt that holds the coil to the shaft, not the cable to the coil.
