I don't believe that we've seem the 40's since before Christmas and for the last couple of weeks it's been below 0 every night (and some days). It'll be nice to see decent temps again, but sadly the ground will still be frozen pretty deep. Maybe I'll hit the local sledding hill though. I checked my hunting log from last year and I had my detector out for the first time on March 5. It was still really cold and I was only out for about half an hour, but I was OUT. Keeping my fingers crossed.
