Hi, i'm using vaquero and i'm wonderig is it possible to be supertuned with 10/12" widescan coil. When using 8/9" concentric coil no problem to turn the treshold and sens. on max.level - the detector is still stable. Is this possible with 10/12" widescan?
Thanks

Yes.
Maybe not max sense on some sites...but close enough.
Also, I just turn the thresh to the 3:00 position for this, any more than that will not matter.

Hello,
with no problems, GB - sens at 6, fix it with freq2, with TH at max, and then, sens to 10 plus what is possible, verify if is Freq1 neg (very light) and freq 3 pos (light too). Fix it , this setting. If is unstable or surface is dirty too much, change freq to 3, or firstly turn down to 5 or 4 clock TH, and if it is still monkey business, go to freq 1 and looking for a sharp of sens, and go back to freq 2. 1% (some) over sharp edge is OK. At this moment is your gun back.
