Which model is the better discriminator....The original Lobo or the second , Lobo Super Traq.
Never had the opportunity to try the old lobo, but the ground balancing does work for both the discriminate and AM mode on that machine. This should make it a better machine in disc mode than the new lobo st. Which only gbalances in am. However, in my experience the new lobo worked great in the disc mode, unless you are in some nasty mineralized ground that changes a lot there would be very little advantage to using the old lobo vs. the new.
