Sunray waterproof connectors

Has anyone used sun ray connectors to change coils on there detectors How well did they work

I think Excal guys did this, looking to put super 12 coil Beach Hunter id not worried about warranty

Mike..I used the Sun Ray connecting kit for several months. It worked beautifully, however I am very particular on the O-ring care. After each use, I wiped each O-ring and inside of the plastic tube with a lint free rag and reapplied a very thin coating of silicone grease to the O. I no longer use the connecting kit since I put a Garrett style coil connector directly on the Excal. Which enables me to switch from the standard coil to the S12 and the 15 inch WOT coil....rdi

WHAT KIND OF STUFF DID YOU USE FROM GARRETT,DOES IT WORK???I HAVE THE EXCAL 2 AND IM LOOKING TO BEA BALE TO CHANGE COILS AND
HEAD PHONES!!!IM AM HOWEVER WORRIED ABOUT THE WARRANTY MINE LAB IS ALITTLE HARD ON THIS,ITS JUST WHEN I WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING ITS NOT SO BAD,I HAD THE GARRETT INFINIUM LS AND LOVE THE WAY YOU COULD CHANGE HEADPHONES, FROM WHAT I CAN SEE THE GARRETT WAS BUILT BETTER,BUT IT DIDNT GIVE AS MUCH INFO IT SHOULD HAVE MORE TONES!!!!BUT I LOVE MY EXCAL 2!!!!!!
