Anyone know if the Hy80 gel pads or another gel pad will fit these headphones? I have the older vinyl ones and there cracked pretty bad and need to be replaced.I have the HY80's on the Excal and they really made a difference.

Sand Scoop, I ordered some ear pads several years ago from the company that repairs the sun ray headphones for sun ray. The phone no. is 1-205-752-5523, their address is B&B Distributing Co., LLC, 908 31st ave., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. This company at that time provided all warranty and other repair for Sun Ray. Hope this helps you out, putting new ear pads on is a piece of cake. GH, Don

Radio Shack sells replacement ear pads/muffs for headphones of various sizes as well.
