Sunday's Hunt - old silver:shocked:

Talking with a couple of friends, and one of them told me of some sites behind his house. None of them were on the old maps, but as usual they were hit already. Someone only wanted the coins, because the remaining signals were very selective. No easy, big brass / coin targets left. But all of the buttons were left. Found 2 large decorated cloak buttons that are not pictured, because I gave each friend one of them for the information. But the rest is here including a 1823/2 over date Bust Dime. The dime was on top of iron and barely read. Not expecting a coin with that kind of signal. About 2 - 3 " deep, and below it was lots of iron. A good day of hunting. HH

Congrats on the great old coin! I really like that one. I also like all your relics, Beale.

hi coinnut, your're right... it's a nice overdate dime there! you can plainly see the serif out the bottom right of the three! nice finds you have there too. i hope to have such luck this weekend, the work schedule is hectic now. but hey, great finds, and certainly a good hunt. your collection must be massive by now. hh,
