I found this at a homesite that I pounded with my Explorer. I thought I would give the XLT a try, she certainly didn't disappoint me. 6 inches deep read a solid +92 93 and was lying just about flat. The condition alone was enough to put a smile on my face , when I saw it was a "P" (no mint mark) I was really smiling!

You do not find those everyday. NICE !!!!!

I'm curious which coil, you were using, and what other older coins you found at that home site?

made with the Explorer which included a 1917 and 1926 Mercury dimes, 1864 Fattie Indian head, 1787 NJ Copper, a 1882 British penny and a Union soldiers Belt plate which is a pretty unusual find for NJ.
