Sunday's digs

Found a few coins Sunday and man was it hot. I went to several different places .The beat up penny and oxidized quarter came from a tot lot slim pickens for sure. The Indian and the few pieces of silver came from an old farm area. I am going back this wk end and take my time I spent about 6 hrs there. Wanted to stay longer but wifey was getting over heated. I also found an old bottle of some sort? I tried using some soap and a soft tooth brush on the silver it came out so so . I went and purchased a bottle of silver cleaner and they turn out pretty good.

Good job and good luck next time out.

Great finds and make sure before using that silver cleaner on other silver coins that they're not a "key" date. You found some really nice old coins! What year is the Standing Liberty quarter and Barber dime? Any mint marks? Thanks and HH, Nancy

The barber looks like a 1892 its pretty thin don't see a mint mark. The Liberty date is worn down 191 or something.

Very nice finds Congrats nice hunting .

Good job

Harold
