If there is someone out there that has or used a GTA-350 I am now using the Crossfire II Super Sniper Coil. please contact me. I can really use some "HELP" [attachment 51246 000_0545.JPG][attachment 51247 000_0542.JPG]

I had a 350 about a 137 years ago. :) What kind of help do you need? The Sniper coil is a snap to detect with. North-south-east-west the target and it's always right in the center of the coil.

Bill, My GTA-350:garrett: is an Older Model Like me but I am just starting out:thumbup:I use to go with a friend of mine before I got the 350. I would just walk with him while he detected for the exercise. He must of thought I was a pain in the ass. One day he calls me up and said that I won't be walking with him anymore.I figured he had enough of me following him around like a cheerleader:chase:My friend bubblehead went on e-bay and purchased the 350 and the sniper and everything I needed to detect. Now we go together out detecting every weekend. Not to many friends like that. We have been friends for over 40 years and he was nice enough to do that for me. One day I will upgrade to something newer, but for now I am happy to just be out there :twodetecting: The Sniper Coil is excellent and I enjoy using it. I also have a Crossfire Coil but really like the Sniper. My Question is about the Setting? I haven't got a clue about the "Adjust Disc". Any help or tips you can give me will be "GREATLY" Appreciated.:please:

Been a long time since I played with one of those puppies but "set depth" is the sensitivity control ( run it as high as you can without the detector becoming unstable and erratic ) and "set disc" allows you to notch in or notch out what you want to detect and what you don't want to detect.
