Sunday Morning hunt...Clad and 2 junk rings

Diggin-it

New member
We had a pretty strong wind most of yesterday and the lake got really rough, so I decided not to chance it. Woke up today to find the wind had died down so headed for the beach. Ended up finding $6.07 in clad and 2 "new metal" aka "Junk" rings. I found all the clad but .17 in the dry sand, and the 2 rings were found in approx. knee deep water. One is Stainless Steel and one is Tungsten Carbide. I kept thinking the third time is the charm...but no third ring ever showed up. The AT-Pro, like aways, performed very well today.

I can't believe how many rings have shown up this past week with the Pro line. Garrett really knew what they were doing with that 15kHz operating frequency configured into the AT Line. ..... :)

I'm willing to bet that ring on the left gave you a nitro moment... they should outlaw base metal rings, period! Congrats on the 3rd ring though :)
