Was at the beach at 5:30am....a late start for me,but I didn't think it would be that great because of the LOUSY weather we have been having....lots of wind and rain Friday,Saturday and has started up again this morning.Still lots of people out and about on the beach and even in the rough surf as I packed it in at 10am.
Ran into a fellow at sunup that was looking for his wedding ring........He just got married yesterday!Said he was toooo drunk to know exactly where he lost it and was in big trouble!Tried to help but with no real awareness of when it was lost,....I'll keep looking on future hunts.(got his name and St.Louis ph#.)
My take this morning....$6.65 clad,silver chain and pendent,starfish and seahorse are not silver,kids ring,e cig,euro 10 cents,junk!...Using the 705/5x10 HF DD...HH GL ALL

Still looks like a good day to me Bob!

Rain, mosquitoes, and work have kept me from getting out much lately. In the last week I only been out for a few very short hunts, and other than a little clad it's only produced about a dozen Wheats, 2 King George pennies, and one ('63) Rosie. So by my standard, you're kicking it!

That looks like a pretty nice haul Bob, can't beach hunt here in Wisc.-not on public beaches anyway.

Nice finds! Not too often someone finds that much silver in one haul.
