Started the day at the Fair grounds it was the final night last night and there was a pretty good crowd so I figured that would be the place to hunt first in the morning I was mainly looking for surface finds I will go back and dig later when everything is gone. My first signal was a shallow penny next signal was a silver signal in the grass I ran my foot through the short grass and kicked a silver band out of it's hiding place. How great is that second target and it's a ring I covered several lots and got a good clad count but nothing more exciting. Next I went to the Baseball park hoping for a repeat of yesterday some old silver would be the icing on the cake to a already good day I got there around 9:30 and was pulling plenty of clad in no time. Finally I got that deep silver signal and after digging a plug and a few handful's of dirt I got my prize a 1961d Roosevelt dime that put another smile on my face. I hunted for a while longer but got hungry and called it a day but I will be back I'm hoping to find lots more silver there, anyway here's the goods from today's hunt
