Out for 2& 1/2 hrs with the Coinstrike.Didnt find much, reworking an area I hit last week, found $ 1.03 including a 1945 wheat, a George Washington comemorative medal and the US flag pin.A lot of mixed signals with + 51 that was iron of various sizes. Probably had my sensitivity a little high for such a trashy area

Hi Mike,
Nice finds, I really like that medal!
About the +51's, it seems to me that rusty tin and thin iron rusting away will false high like that at times and it can be a pain. I have said this before, Fisher [i[really needs to let us notch out some of the upper positive numbers when they become bothersome at a site with their constant high coin falses. It really would be a big help IMHO.
HH Tom.

Hi Tom, its a big improvement over the cz's as far as iron discrimination goes. That wheatback gave a good tone and numbers ID(I think +29-30)in one direction and half that or less at ninety degress from the first signal.

made to the C$, we here would LOVE to be able to have the ability to cancel out certain number area's, or create our own notches. Certain fields here are full of +51 hot rocks. Though they usually disappear on pinpoint they still create chatter & can get annoying. I'm usted to it but it drives beginners crazy. The Excel, not going up that high in number is actually much smoother in these fields.....

the hot rocks but you are right. Also there are areas I hunt that have large cinders that ring in high and are a pain in the butt with there constant falsing.
