G'day to fellow detectorists,

I hope all you Nth hemisphere friends are all thawing out after your icy Winter.
Down here we are just coming into Autumn (Fall) and the cold and rain is just starting up for the year.

On sunday morning i was up before the birds and travelled into a more populated area where a circus was recently.
I hunted for 3 hours - 2 in drizzle , before the rain finally got the better of me and sent me packing.
Picked up 2 rings, one which is gold...a USA 1c, a UK one pound, a bullet shell, and $81 in $1 and $2 coins and a $5 note blowing around near my feet.
All of it was shallow and popped out with a blunted long shank screwdriver
Some of the luckiest hunts are the short ones.
I had great fun and picked up $9.10 in one hole ...a new PB.
happy swinging to all.
