Sunday afternoon in the lane.........blessed with 18k :cam:

J-man and I have been out on a regular basis but today was special. Beautiful day with lots of people in the sand. 18K blessed my scoop while a couple of .925 and a gold earring jumped into the J-man's scoop. Saw police boats off shore with divers most of the afternoon, could be looking for a body.

A couple of questions:

1) Is that green colored stuff near the water's edge algae?

2) Is the a house on that island? I always wanted a place like that.

Very Nice Bobbie :) I have noticed some changes on the beaches we hunt... What were you doing in my neck of the woods? ;)

There are hundreds of small islands along Connecticut's coastline, many with homes on them and some of them are just rocks with a house on top!
Check these out......interesting where Captain Kidd once lurked

You're from CT huh? I'm originally from Ashaway,Hope Valley & Westerly and now I'm currently living in Providence,RI. Westerly is right on the border or Pawcatuck,CT and I used to have a cleaning job in the Borough in Stonington, now it moved out a little onto Rt 1. I am a country boy as I was raised mostly in the woods. I am only here cause my wife wanted to move here but she left so maybe one day I'll go back to the country. It's much more peaceful and you're more in tune with your surroundings too.

Those shots are from the west end of CT. much rockier than the eastern end. You want to move out into the country????........my house is up for sale! but we are 28 miles from the nearest beach......but it is pretty countryside.
