Sun Ray S8 coil on Excalibur?

Has anyone tried a Sun Ray S8 coil on their Excalibur? From what I read the S8 is a better coil than BBS 800?

I have a Sun Ray S8 on my old model Excal works great.

Thanks! I'm going to have Minelab hardwire an S-8 on my 800 and an S-12 on my 1000. That is as soon as I receive my Sun Ray coils. They are back-ordered. Even if I only get a 10 to 20% improvement, I'll be happy. 1 good find will pay for the new coils. CC
