How about the many people who have accepted Jesus into their lives but have still commited suicide? Depression is a medical condition caused by chemical imbalances in the brain that can be so severe that it drives people to the ultimate solution.Please do not suggest that those who commit suicide are ungodly........if suicide is a sin perhaps God should'nt dish out depression in the first place,as no matter how strong a persons faith,depression can overcome the strongest willed persons desire to live.Oh,and don't try and blame the devil either......depression can be treated in the majority of cases with medication.....just going to show that it is caused by natural processes and has nothing to do with evil forces that many would have you believe.Many years ago,people with depression were thought to be possesed by evil spirits,luckily medical advances have shown us that this was a ridiculous notion.........as we advance more we can keep ticking off religious explanations for most things that happen around us.
