Someday when I sell this house I will be in your situation. Florida has many good points and I expound on them. Florida has some major negatives. There is no need to rile people up with the negatives, although Florida leads the nation in crime.
I have been thinking about your situation, because someday it will be my situation. Do you have any houses or barns with dirt floors you could MD. How about the money they lose at ski slopes. You wouldn't even have to dig for it. It would be in the snow and on top of the ground. When they pull off their gloves, they can lose rings. When they lower the reservoir in the winter seems like a good opportunity to MD.
I have another one for you. After my morning at the beach. I had to take my wife out for a walk at the lake. Well we stopped off at the park. Guess what I left in the trunk of the car. She sat and watched our daughter swing, while I did a little MDing.
