Submersible Coil Question.

A friend has the GT18000 and are there coils made for this machine and the GT 16000 that can be used in the water,like ankle deep.
 
If the coil is a CoinSearch or any other type of coil and to make waterproof, hardware stores carry epoxy resin which comes in a two part tube. Mix well and apply to where coil wire enters coil. Make sure nothing is left exposed and now the coil is waterproof. As far as a waterproof coil for these machines,NO.......YES if you live in Australia.There are waterproof coils for these machines,but only for the Australian market...
 
I think this unit uses a 5 pin plug and the Sovereign's use a 6 pin.This unit also uses a Treasure Search coil which looks like the Coinsearch,but may be closer to fit a Musketeer,which uses a 5 pin. Good Luck
