I don't know if that is the problem. I run windows vista. Is it becaue your file is too large or maybe something else? I'll bet we can help.

i have been in exactly the same situation so i feel for you it is very frustrating but people will help and talk you through it just tell us which bit isnt working and once you have learnt it you will be able to show us your great finds
