So 2016 will be my 5 year anniversary of enjoying the metal detecting hobby. A few years were unproductive for various reasons. I decided to make this video to showcase most of my finds so far in the hobby. Kind of an encouragement video to people thinking of getting into the hobby.
This video does not include any of the coins or mountains of trash found. It also does not include any items consisting of gold, silver, or platinum...that stuff will be featured in an upcoming video so subscribe and don't miss it.
I live on the shores of Lake Michigan so I found that I enjoy beach and water hunting the most.
I've had many great and not so great detectors over the years, but have stuck with 2 consistently. The XP Deus and Garrett AT Pro are my favorite machines and are perfect for my type and location of hunting.
Lots of finds or little finds, its hard so say you had a bad year the hobby is so much fun!
