Strange little silver charm...

Weird shape from the top view, thought it was a piece of foil or can slaw at first but it wouldn't bend and I had no clue till I turned it over to clean out the dirt and knocked out the glued in pearl so I realized it was half of a clamshell.
The pearl feels like plastic so probably fake.
Looks like a broken ring on one end so either an earring or more probably a charm.
Decent size and weight, if I hammered it flat it would be at least as big as a quarter if not bigger.
Found on a small hill in my local park where there isn't much except a lot of trash and a bunch of iron so to find this with the big coil on the F70 was pretty neat, just messing around with that coil and I usually mount the sniper for sites like this filled with garbage.
I just put that coil on for more coverage and tried to get lucky enough to find something good I missed with the small coil so I guess it worked.
I like it when a plan comes together.

I'd try and heat up a sewing pin and see if it penetrates the pearl. If so, plastic. But it would think it could be real if set in silver. Pearls aren't worth too much but still really cool find there

Thanks, I'll try that.
