Strange Flat Button...Opinions Please!!

So sorry about the pics. I will try to get them better.Its hard to tell But it says TREBLE GILT on the reverse and Some sort of pic on the front. Pretty worn face.Could it be Mass. Militia?? The button is the same size as a quarter. If you can help it would be appreciated. My scanner wont crop right. I will try to get you some better pics of my new flat button treasure. My new location is an old park and I seem to be finding some old tid-bits. Interesting button....I swear I see a face on the front...Maybe its the drugs. LOL just joking. Thanks in advance.
