Straight shaft came in today - 3 min. video

Looks vary interesting Max but would one use it just for beach hunting? or do you think it would be good for all types of hunting?

of swinging a straight shaft for beach and dirt hunting (winter for me) i found the stock S rod very uncomfortable after an hour or so and i found the atpro to be heavy. i modified one of my old straight shafts back in nov. for the pro.........it helped a little.

Let me say this: now a person just getting into this hobby and gets a stock S rod........probably would work out just fine.

I believe Anderson is also selling a carbon fiber version as well - does anyone know how much weight difference there is between the two?

So, how did you get one?? I checked on their website and they aren't available yet. I e-mailed and asked for some release info, no word yet. I love their shafts, want a couple of them bad!!
