Story on White's website . . . . . thanks to White's for their support on this project!

A story of a great project I had the opportunity to work on last summer was just published on the White's website . . . . . . It was really a once-in-a-lifetime experience to work with the Lost Colony Project and recover artifacts dating back to to 1600's.

Another point to bring up that shows the caliber of the entire White's organization is that when I mentioned the project to them while discussing the new V3, Alan Holcombe and others immediately offered to help the effort and donated some equipment which was invaluable to the project.

We made some finds that would have otherwise have gone undetected and are helping to write a new chapter in the history books and thanks to the generosity from White's, the Lost Colony Project now has equipment for future excavations and surveys that they would otherwise not have had.

Here's the link to the story . . . . . . http://whiteselectronics.com/component/story/title/lostcol.html

I also met Fred at the Treasure expo and he extended myself and a friend an invitation also. But he never replied to my emails about us helping out we were going to supply our own detectors.I am glad you were able to recover some great artifacts and help save and write some history. If you stay in contact with Fred and he would like some more help my offer still stands to help out the next time he goes out there again.I am having two P.I. detectors built that should prove a big help down there. If you have any info on the next dig please let me know. As i told Fred before i can pull together a few guys that or honest to help out in locating targets . just let me know. Thanks and thanks for sharing your adventure
