Storing the XP Deus

With the ground starting to freeze, I'm not going out much with the XP. Are you supposed to just
be sure to keep in charged while not in use by plugging it in when the battery level starts to drop?

Well the manual I think says to keep batteries about 70 percent. Here's what I do for the coldest months...Charge the units up. Then one a month charge for 10 minutes. Turn all the units on and look at their battery power levels. A bar or 2 shy of full good to go. If it seems 10 minutes is a litttle shy based on the bar readings, charge a little longer.
IMO you are better off with them charged a little more than recommended than letting them get low or dead.

I don't think the battery level is too critical. When I go to work I leave home for 45-60 days. I have left it fully charged or with a couple bars showing. It's always good to go when I return home.

Thanks for the advice squirrel1 ad goldbrick. I keep it charged, good to know how much (or little) others have felt the need to charge.
