General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

STOLEN GOLDEN uMAX

Greeting to everyone! Just want to let you know a gentleman's Golden u Max was returned from repair and Fed Ex dropped it of at his front door and it was stolen. He is in Alabama and just by chance if it comes up for sale, this it is a stolen detector. The Golden serial number is #199054.
It is unfortunately people snatch packages right after UPS or fed-ex makes a delivery to their home. So beware! And you can ask UPS or Fed-ex for a signature at the time of the delivery so it just not dropped off waiting for some thief to take advantage of your goods.

I hope he filed a police report. He needs to check Craigslist and ebay regularily.
 
Probably some damned tweeker. Those thieving roaches are everywhere these days.

It may show up being used by an unsuspecting buyer. That's what happened to my Tracker lV. Had it been my main expensive detector, I would have done something-but the look on the guy's son just said let it go-after all I did leave it at a site-where I don't remember.

YES, I agree. Have a friend that worked in Arabia back in the 80's. Because they cut off your hand for petty stealing, very very little of it there.
 
Have him check his home owners insurence. Depending what his deductible is he might can get something which is better then nothing
