Still waiting for my TESORO Sand Shark to come back

I sent it off to Tesoro on the 17th of Aug. They received it on the 19th. I called on the 25th for an update and they said it would be soon. Didn't tell me what caused the problem. I asked for an email or something to let me know when it was gonna be shipped back. Lady on the other end said she would email me. So today I call and kindly ask for an update. She said it was shipped off last Friday (26th), seven days from tomorrow??? They ship FedEx ground which I can't imagine takes 7 days or more from Az. to Fl. But I guess I'll see. This SUCKS! Mean while the window of opportunity to get into the surf is narrow at best these days with the weather we've been experiencing.

I sent in my sand shark it was about a month turn around time, rusty gave me new headphones for free, even though I wasn't original owner, they re the best!

No movement with fedX .. and they do actually take a little longer than USPS, or UPS for delivery time.......... Did they give you a tracking number ??

Call Tesoro and get the tracking number. That should tell you what's going on. It has been my experience that Fedex Ground is typically a day quicker than UPS to most locations. USPS is really a bit quicker than them.
The good thing is that is it does not come today. Fedex ground will deliver on Saturdays. Hope you get it and can enjoy the long weekend.

The only times (2) I've shipped a detector to Tesoro, I got pretty good turn around time. 10 - 11 days. However that might vary depending on what needed to be fixed etc.

had great luck with them before. the water units i am sure are a little more complicated with all the seals and stuff. better right than hurried and wrong. Rusty will take care of you i am sure. this man has a reputation of Gold. afterall tesoro means gold.

Hi dc426, I do apologize about getting an email on a tracking number. We are a mom and pop shop here and don't have a program linked to all the computers especially the shipping computer. If you call however, I will give you the tracking number!
