Hi, all:
I know some of you cherry pick dimes and quarters and leave the zincs behind. Today I went to my local park and hunted around the bleacher area of one of our baseball fields. I got a low zinc reading of 53 VDI number. That's the lowest number I've ever dug a zinc penny. I dug a shallow plug, and in the grass roots,I uncovered a silver cross with a thin silver necklace through the eyelet. I carefully pulled the plug apart and was able to extract the necklace without breaking it. It was clasped just like it is shown here. I don't know how you lose it if you are wearing it. I find it hard to believe it was being worn when it was lost. At any rate, I was glad to come up with another piece of silver jewelry for the second week in a row. Still waiting for my first silver coin. The cross has six oblong shaped stones in it and they are all still in place. A good day with the "Vision". I will continue to dig zinc coin signals. A coin is a coin.
Thanks for looking and keep on diggin'
