I followed Doc's instructions, got the images on yahoogroups. Then after I hit download, I highlighted the url,hit control C, and went into the forum message, erased http:// and hit control V. I hit preview and either got nothing or got a little box with a red X. What am I doing wrong?
I got one to post but couldn't get it again. I alos tried to post 2 images, even tried <imgsrc=but no luck.
Steven posted a help site which I'll look at, but would appreciate extra help. Thanks.

David make sure your putting the url in the image box and not the link box.. also when you do it and get the red X go ahead and click post onde time, that way we can look at the url and tell you whats wrong with it

one other thing.. save the image as a jpg, if your using netscape you will get a red X on even a good url

DAvid, all i do is open the page at yahoo that my picture is on.Then i simply highlight the url, right click, select copy.
Then i go to the fbs page that the message i am posting is on,remove http from optional image box.
I then left click in the box to place cursor in it,right click, select paste and that is it.
regards
Steven

I am using Explorer, not netscape. However, the imaging software that came with my scanner is limited. I might have to invest in Adobe photoshop limited, or other software.
