Still conflicting info about the GTA 1250 ground balance

Hey people,I appreciate the responds. John, thanks for the Garrett glossary info link. I didn't see a description in the glossary for treasure track though. I wonder, if treasure track is the old title of a feature currently called scan track? I believe scan track doesn't affect ground balance, it just monitors sweep speed, and allows fast or slow sweep speed. In Garrett's book Successful coin shooting (revised) he describes automatic ground balance as being a setting automatically adjusted at the factory for most conditions. that sounds like a fixed ground balance to me.
In the links I am providing, which came from a random on-line ads. It says under search aids, the 1250 has automatic ground balance, and treasure track.
In another ad it mentions scan track but nothing about any other ground balance feature. Oh, and in case anyone forgot my original question. Does the GTA 1250 have a ground balance feature that adjusts to ground conditions, and makes internal adjustments to compensate for ground conditions. Or, does it have a preset "automatic" ground balance

I answered this once. The 1250 has automatic ground balancing ( ground tracking ) plus scan track which adjusts the machine to your individual method of scanniing.
