Sticky Posts Are Useless If Users Cannot See Them In The Forum

We could change the name to draw their attention more, but I wanted to clean up all of the stickies at the top. Even when the stickies were there, some people looked right by them which is common on all of the forums that have them.

Rob cleaned up the list of stickies and consolidated them except the one temporary one for the seminar. That way we can add more reference material in the future without taking up half a page.
