Sterling ring, Kennedy half and Indian

Mcdetect

Active member
Hit a couple of different places yesterday with some good results. The sterling ring and 1981 Kennedy half were consecutive digs which was nice. The Indian was found in a park where they had been doing some excavating and was pretty much on top of the ground. Not sure why the Indian survived in such good shape. Most indians I find are severely corroded.

Working on attempting to locate the owner of the ring.

HH!

Congrats:clapping:Those are some nice finds.
Google the school and look up the class reunion committee for that year, alumni board or contact the school library, they usually have the yearbooks. GL

Nice finds Mc. Same here in Massachusetts on the Indians being corroded. Nasty stuff. I would say 1 out of every 50 I find is in decent condition. Most of he time the edges are rotted and lots of pitting on the face. Also the infamous green hue! Lol. HH All
