Steel cent with E-Trac

New member
In the hole sandwiched with another wheatie. I've dug two before, so once I saw it I knew what it was. :wiggle:

The signal was all over the place, large and hard to pinpoint, but the CO 42 kept popping up and I had been digging wheaties up to this point and very little trash, so I needed to dig it just to find out what it was.

Also got two silver dimes on my last pass on the way to the car. :)

I found one a few months back and it hit around 42,43 but it also had iron blips mixed in with the sound so i dug it and it looked just like yours did lol darn steel

have a friend who has a niiiiice steel penny. I scanned it and it had a full constant ferrous id of 35. I would be missing these because of discrim and if they come out of the ground looking like that, i guess i'm not missing much. cool dimes nick- I still haven't found a silver rosie or much silver at all for that matter.
