Stealth X-5 questions

Have been hunting some trashed out campgrounds. Using the "8" stock Minelab coil. Surly the X-5 coil would be a better bet. Imput?? I've read on earlier postings that some people don't prefer the smaller coil. I'd like to know more about the X-5 performance; before I invest. Thanks much and HH......Jake
 
Jake, I dont think you'll be sorry if you get one.. It definately will sniff a few things in trash the other coils may mask out or at least blend in,, its very light and very stable... Its the best in high iron.. just small so it takes a while to cover ground.. but thats what its for, covering those high trash areas slowly,,,Jim
