Stavr Scoops

I am really leaning heavily on buying one of these scoops, the 2.2. Question is, where is the best and safest way to purchase one? I understand they are made overseas and purchased via Western Union or something to that effect. I just want to hear about the experience of others so I understand the best way to purchase. Thanks, Bryan

I bought the Evroexcavator-2 v2.2 about nine months ago and it was completely painless to order. I e-mailed Ruslan for his info and went to my local food store that had Western Union. I believe it costs about $9 to and 5 minutes to complete the transaction. He had the money the same day and if I remember it took about a month to receive the scoop. He didn't have one in stock and it had to be made. He provided tracking info once it was shipped and I have zero complaints about the entire process.

Thanks for all of the responses. From all of the forums I have been reading, Ruslan, it sounds like you have a great reputation and are the scoop king!

Those scoops look awesome. I'm thinking about oredering one. What's the best handle to get? Will a good wooden one last a good while?

Yeah, a good wooden one (ash) will last quite a while, the rest of your Life most likely...plus, they float handle upright...just orient the grain appropriately upon assembly...for some things, wood cant be beat! Handles are one of them...just go down to your local hardware store and pick a nice straight grain one out...ask any old dude (55yrs+) there to help if you have to...most old guys know all about wood grains and wood handled implements, and are very happy to expound upon their experiences and knowledge of same.. For @10 bucks, its good cheap fun! For quite a while, a fellow had to make his own, and that teaches a guy about grain, wood, and handles...like a good scoop, beer, or anything, a fellow can only truly appreciate something when a guy has to make it themself...:beers:

Sir, I am just about ready to purchase the Stavr Evroexcavator 2.2 scoop. How should I go about purchasing this scoop from you? A number of people said they went through Western Union after receiving shipping information from you. Thanks you for your hard work on these scoops and your service. Bryan

yeah, I bought an M10 and that thing was built like a tank...unfortunately sold it because I don't wade as often as I dive. amazing scoop though!

the transaction was fairly easy, just took about a month or so to get it...but well worth the wait :detecting:

I finally just ordered one of Ebay. the 2.2 Evroexcavator. I tried WU but each month Ruslan can only take in $1000 max, so I would have to wait until next month with WU. A bit more on Ebay, but that is OK.

Send Ruslan a message asking him for a PayPal invoice for his scoop (mention which model you require) .. he will contact you details.

I have one and it is the best scoop I have had in years.

I have the 2.2.

Just received mine. I ordered it on the 8th, received it on the 16th. Ruslan communicated with me in an outstanding manner. Can't wait to get the scoop out to the beach! Thanks Ruslan!
