State of TN medal?

Found this at a vacant lot which dates back to the early 1910s...nothing came up on a general search. It's about the size of a half dollar, appears to be bronze, and looks to be some kind of medal but not sure of age/affiliation. Rang up about 6" deep sounding like a dime/quarter signal...

Any ideas?

That's a neat old watch fob! Usually, on the reverse bottom in very small font you will find the makers mark. That can be helpfull in determining its age. Best of luck and...
