State Champion Ring

The third day with the 8" excelerator got me a state football championship ring. The VDI was 65-67. The owners name is inside.

Very nice ring. Those are always fun to find especially when they are for a special event like that. What does it say under the stone? I can't quite make it out.

Found a similar one a couple years ago from a prep school and it had the image of a leprecuan under the stone.

Yes, but that's another story. I called the school and the father called me. That was on Wednesday. He was a no show and I haven't heard anything since. Rob
 
Wow! You would think he would jump at the chance to retrieve the ring. There must be a lot to their story that you may never hear. Well ..... if he doesn't follow through, you have yourself a very nice ring.

Sorry Rob ..... don't mean to beat this to death, but for some reason it keeps bothering me. Can't keep from wondering if the son, who actually earned the ring, would be more interested in getting the ring back than his father. Most people that earn a championship ring really Cherish it.
