Standard Gold bug HOT ROCKS TEST

New member
This is one find detector , I have 4 hot rocks, and not one can you pick out a coin underneath it in disqriminate mode and that goes for any detector , it just passes over them and is silent , i then switched it to the all metal mode , the second rock was a bit out of ground balance because i can get it to almost make no sound at all but anyway the rock the nickle was under is a magnetic chunk of Iron ore from Gilbert MN out of an Iron mine and you can see the Gold bug wacked that nickle right thru it this is the power of the Fisher gold bug , this same stone makes no sound when passing it without the coin under it my minelabe SOV- GT can do this as well but it cant in disq eather and i do have spots with stones like this and this fisher will pull the good finds out this is a detector that should be in every ones arsinal. thanks to mike parks from mission metal detectors for the try out

HMMMM
When you say standard gold bug do you mean the saturated audio Bug before the 2.9 SE? To Me That sounded like a hot rock can you show the same thing and then test the rock without the nickel?
Iv'e had the bug in spots where every rock hit Loud and clear and even in disc with a steady VDI of 41. I did not try to balance to the rocks though because of the close VDI proximity to the gold signals.

Thanks for the Vid.
Be Well!
