Greetings all!
I am in search for something that can find deep precious metals small or large ...
Cody, it can be difficult for any one device to find "precious metals" without specific information to help because they can cover a wide range of conductivities, for example from native gold to silver. Also, a metal object's size, shape and orientation has a lot of impact on its 'detectability' plus you need to factor in the depth, object's orientation to the search coils EMF, and the ground mineral content.
Also, depending on the specifics, such as searching for native gold nuggets, smaller, rice gain-size won't be found deep, and larger golf ball to softball sized gold nuggets can be found deeper, but there is usually a limit to which a metal detecting device can accomplish a true 'depth' potential easily. And it's not going to be 2 to 4 meters.
(Or 6½ to 13 feet in USA general speak.)

... and I contact a company and they recommended this device, they claim it goes 4 meters deep and with extra attach, ent it scans 2 meters square wide,
have anyone tried this one before and what your thoughts on it ?
Never heard of it, and I am sure it wouldn't be in my budget, anyway. Nor would a back-hoe to dig 4 meters to chase a detector response be affordable, or welcome in most raw gold ore bearing areas.

Can you recommend any other device for detecting precious metals in the desert ?
Thanks in advance
Now this is an easier answer. If you want to search for precious metals in a desert, such as for gold nuggets, I could suggest a few detectors that have gold nugget hunting performance capability. This is a Makro Forum so for now I'll limit the suggestions to two models. The Gold Racer, which is a 56 kHz detector especially designed to enhance performance on tiny-size gold nuggets. The other I would suggest is the 14 kHz Racer 2 which can hold its own for searching desert sites for 'picker' to larger-size gold nuggets.
Naturally you have to place yourself in a known gold bearing area where we are not talking about very fine 'flour gold' but gold of sufficient size to disrupt the EMF. Once you are there and have a functional detector in-hand to search for gold, then it is all up to you. That means recovering a LOT of targets in many areas that are not gold nuggets, but in time, with the right equipment and proper techniques, and ample patience, you just might get lucky.
I think your questions would be best asked on a General Metal Detecting Forum or one specifically geared toward electronic prospectors such as Steve Herschbach's website. Keep in mind, too, that there are a lot of gold nugget hunters who wander around our western US deserts and gold bearing mountainous areas, but a very, very tiny percentage of them are gold nugget finders.
