Square tab

Hello I'm thinking of trading for an AT Pro and i was just wondering will it read the new square tabs different than a nickel. I'm talking about the ones that read just above nickel. Thank youi

The AT Pro tends to read square freshly dropped pulled tabs around # 53 and really "bark" at you through the headsets. Rings and nickels don't bark as hard, and may have a VDI around 50, don't bounce around as much sound smoother, even at times a mild rough sound. The reason I mentioned freshly dropped ones, is that if they are exposed to the elements for years......they develop a layer of oxide on them and can read higher values....60's, 70's and even low 80's. The AT Pro will give you a slight advantage over the ACE because the AT just has better audio quality overall.

But, either way, the ACE 400 is a lot of bang for your buck if only hunting on land is your forte. Good luck with whatever you do!
