Spring is in the air.

It really is here.

Got up at day break and went out for my Saturday morning hunt. I jump around to 5 different places. I was looking for that hot spot. Didn't find it today. The first place I tried was the right a way in front of some old houses.

As you can see it was a pretty day. It seems like spring. Flowers are in bloom everywhere. I have 5 bushes in bloom around my house and my orchids hanging in my trees are starting to bloom.

I bet if I was to count my pop tabs, I would be in the lead for the year. I also have a nice bullet collection this year. There are no markings on that live shell.

I found a stick and a leaf today. I couldn't believe my Ace would read nickel on a stick. I broke the stick in half and found a lead pellet in side. The leaf is gold plated.

I toot a walk in my yard yesterday and was surprised. Things are blooming a month ahead of time. Azaleas, redbud, and this is my orange tree blooming. It smells heavenly.

Powder puff bush in the side yard.

It take 10 years before my jaboticoba will bloom and this is the first time I have seen it in bloom. It isn't real pretty. It grows 1 1/2" fruit off the trunk of the tree that looks and taste like a concord grape.

My daughter is swinging in the back yard. It is going to be 80 deg. F today. So I will quit writing and I am going to go swinging in the park. LOL
