That is called positive confession. I work out doors every day. Two days ago it was 3 deg F. I like it and think it is refreshing. Today it got up to 58 deg. F. T-shirt weather. I went detecting. The second place I went to today, there were still kids sledding in the lot next to where I was MD'ing.

Bad thing is the ground is still frozen. So, I went to my MD'ing park. It is a perfect place for MD'ing. Big equipment breaks up the frozen earth. They have Porto-john facilities. Good after a hearty breakfast of cold pizza and coffee. They are just beginning to demo 100 houses. There are 4 demo-ed in this pic.

If I hadn't went out today, I would have started doing air test in doors and logging my results. I was getting disparate.
I was surprised I didn't do better. Not complaining, it was great to get out. My digger did a good job on the permafrost. I liked the money clip I found. It is in good shape. The hair barrette is gold plated.

John, glad you were able to get out and do a little digging. If I miss a couple of day's in a row not getting out, my wife is about ready to have me "committed." I like that money clip, too, it looks neat. We lived in Fairmont in the late 60's for a couple of year's. Pretty country. HH jim tn

The demo-ed area is the complete length of State St. to the high bridge. I have found quit a few coins from the 1800's, rings, minie's and lots of cool relics. I haven't ever seen anyone else there MD'ing. The locals think I am a city worker. I have even been in the paper also. The constructions workers let me work along side them. We all get along well.

John,

58F is downright warm for some areas these days! Very nice money clip! Hey, why are so many houses getting demolished in that area?

They are putting a four lane hi-way from the interstate to the center of town to promote economic growth. The house next to my dad's house was taken and the one behind him.
