What are you going for with this photo? Technically everything looks good, I just don't understand the purpose.

My original idea was to show a hulking piece of metal but the location of the train (downtown) and a fence around made it very difficult to take a shot with my only lens Sigma 20MM 1.8 DG EX. After taking the shot the distracting background was so bad that I figured I could still salvage an image that depicted the heavy metal spirit which depicts the essence of Windsor.

A town that has evolved around the automotive industry and continues to this day to hang onto that premise. Symbolism.

After you explain it I think I see what you were after. The picture by itself doesn't really convey that though, at least to me. Some how if you were able to get a better perspective of the size of the train, or something that conveyed the age, or history, of the town's affiliation with trains. I love the idea you were trying for. Might be worth a trip back with a full bag of gear.

Your right, I'm going to wait till the ground dries up a bit and I'm going to climb the iron fence. Should be ok to do it quick and lay on the ground. If I had a telephoto I could lay outside the fence. I'll post the original picture.

Straight out of the camera, RAW capture converted to jpeg.
