Even tho the finds were a little slim... I had a blast being able to spend some time with swinging the detector with one of my best friends!!! Ended up with a few keepers, A crusty horse shoe, two green wheats, a neat little button, and 1899 Barber dime.. The most interesting thing was the piece of lead I pulled out.. It has a reverse Ford emblem on the bottom right hand side. Must have been some type of stamp.
I appreciate everyone taking a look! Good luck and I hope everyone finds a pile of silver soon!!!
