Spent All Day Doing (coin) Laundry Today....

Us poor metal detecting guys......our chores are never done. One week its cleaning the gold and silver rings, the next it's cleaning the coins. It never ends. I ask my wife for help and she just gives me a dirty look and walks away. I just don't understand

Anyhow, got approx 6000 pennies to date. That gold coin is getting closer........

What will you do after you find the gold coin? I found one ($5.00, 1904) using a Garrett Grand Master Hunter III and I stopped detecting for awhile because that was my goal. I finally shook that and am hunting for number 2. Best coin I found in same spot as gold coin was an 1871 cc seated liberty dime. Value wise the dime is better but finding gold is super.

Man! Tumble those coins in a Coin Star machine guys. Look at all the time your spending cleaning coins while instead you can be out detecting.
And it's a cool feeling when you get change back from a purchase and you notice a orange or brown dime and you think to yourself....."Yes sir!, that could have been one I un-eathed myself."
