Long Sands Beach in York, ME. Beautiful day, ocean was flat, but so was the sand. Targets were all mixed up depthwise, not a good sign. Using the CZ20 was diggin' holes so deep I expected to hit rice paddy roots. Oldest coin was 67 Wash. And yes I know I dug lots of big Alum, that was on purpose, hoping to hit another cable bracelet. Take for the day was $3 in clad. The heavy gray stuff was comin'up, but not the heavy yellow stuff.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, Barnacle Jr. goes to the Supermarket with his Mom, that's right, El Super Mercado. And finds a wheatie on the floor! Is there no justice? What have I done to offend Neptune?????

Some things never change! I searched beaches from Rye to Hampton and came up with 43 cents.Ironically I stopped at McDonald's on the way home and got a 1947 D Wheatie as well!
