Spectra Series

There used to be a Matrix series with just the M6 in it. Now I see the M6 is an E series machine. How many machines can top the Vision's features? Probably none for the next 10 years. So I'll go out on a limb and say the Vision will be the only Spectra series machine. Or maybe there will be a Vision lite?

I think the Spectra Series has to do with the wireless technology that will be commonplace on future models, I have been told.

Without the headphones, $1499.95

With or without. I understand it can run 2 headsets. One operators and another I guess who want's to learn/hear what the operators is hearing.
The machine I understand when turned off, also turns off the wireless headphones.
So a 1/4" jack on the back of the box for the plug in headphones.

Hi,

I would expect the Vision to be the top-of-the-line and then other units with a more limited feature set to come later. Minelab blew it big time when the came out with the X-Terra 30 and 50 and then a short while later came out with the X-Terra 70. Really upset some who got the 50 thinking it was the top of the series. White's has already stated all furture models will have the wireless headphone set so I guess we can expect them to be part of this new series. Anyone's guess when it might be that we see something else, however. I'm betting they stay busy cranking out Visions for some time.
