A friend had a kitten follow him home out in the woods during the aftermath of Rita, and its tail looked amputated. He took it to a vet and was informed it was at least 1/4 'Bobcat'. Is this possible?

i never really believed that a Bobcat could or would breed with a domestic cat. I am definitely thinking "Manx". http://www.fanciers.com/breed-faqs/manx-faq.html

a variety of exotic cats with housecats, with some truly monstrous results, depending on the % of exotic in the cats. Would you believe 30 to 50 pounds in weight? And prices go into the thousands of dollars.
